Thank you for making reservation with us. We accept online or email reservation. A reservation confirmation will be given after CAD300 credit card pre-authorization is approved.

Payment Options: Credit cards ONLY (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover). We do not accept debit cards, we cannot charge them remotely.

Additional Occupants: We do not accept additional occupants in room.

Special restriction: No pets & No smoking allowed.

Taxes & Fees: 2.4% credit card fee. 13% tax (HST). CAD300 security deposit will be put on hold by credit card.

Check-in/out Time: Check-in time 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Check-out time 11:00am. Please advise if any other time needed.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy: Free cancellation until 3 days before arrival. Total reservation amount is non-refundable within 3 days of arrival. It will be charged by credit card accordingly.
