Once you make a reservation with us either on line or over the phone, rooms are held for your exclusive occupation and we guarantee your reservation. Due to the nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly. This is why we apply the following cancellation policy:
Individual (from 1 to 5 rooms)
Groups (from 5 rooms +)
Payment Options: We accept Cash in Canadian or American dollars, Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
Additional Occupants: Sorry, our rooms can not accept additional occupants
Special restriction: No pets allowed
Taxes & Fees: Unless otherwise posted, rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and subject to the 13% H.S.T. and if the way of payment will be via credit card a 3% credit card process fee may be applied in addition.
Check -In / Out Time: Earliest Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and latest is 6:00 p.m.; Please contact the Office if you will require a specific time for your check-in if different then above. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. A charge of $20.00 may apply for late check-out.
Cancellation & Deposit Policy: The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
